Equipment House of the Fire Brigade

The equipment house of the fire brigade was built in 1930 by the local community and in 1975 became property of the municipality of Alzey-Land, which is responsible for firefighting. A characteristic feature of the building is the integrated hose tower.

In 1991/92 the building was completely renovated by the members of the voluntary fire brigade of Eppelsheim. On the groundfloor there is the equipment room with a fire engine and on the first floor you can find a meeting room and some smaller rooms. On the front there is the coat of arms of Eppelsheim carved in sandstone, which was donated by the Women's Club of Eppelsheim.
